COUTERTOPS

QUARTZ

Quartz was created as a better-performing, more adaptive, alternative to granite and marble. Available in a larger range of colors than granite. Additionally, quartz has a nonporous surface that resists both staining and scratching. Quartz can be convincing copies of natural stone, like marble. Unlike marble and other natural stone, engineered quartz requires no annual sealing.

QUARTZITE

Quartzite is a stone entirely engineered by nature, not to be mistaken with quartz countertops which are chemically engineered. The richness and depth of the colors that offer this pure quartz sandstone is second to none. Quartzite is a solid choice for the consumer that wants natural stone with mild maintenance.

BUTCHER BLOCK

Butcher block countertops offer a beautiful warm look and are available in a wide range of colors and finishes. Hardwoods such as maple and oak are the species most often used for this application. Butcher block countertops are often used in a country-style setting and can last for a long time if properly cared for.

GRANITE

Granite defines elegance in a kitchen. Even the modest kitchens seem like luxury spaces when flavored by the beauty of granite countertops. Historically, granite has been an expensive material, but its cost has come down somewhat as supplies have increased and engineered stone has become more common.

SOAPSTONE

Soapstone, or steatite, is a very soft rock that has the ability to absorb heat and radiate it slowly. Being that it’s Non-porous, it offers a nice smooth finish while leaving the natural feel of the stone. A classic and timeless design choice for any kitchen countertop, with only light maintenance.

porcelain

Porcelain is a typically a full body stoneware designed specifically for kitchen counters, vanities, fireplaces, and interior design applications. The unique manufacturing process used for many porcelain creates veins in the body of the porcelain, so it looks like natural stone. Slabs come in different colors, from ultra-modern to classic. Lines like SapienStone can be used in combination with MaxFine collection of 6 mm stoneware tiles and slabs.

mARBLE

Marble is a stone that can most certainly be installed as a countertop surface. Available in a variety of colors, each marble slab is unique due to the shape of its veins. Since its appearance can vary, marble is suitable for all styles. Marble is a resistant material but is more delicate than granite, due to its vast porosity. Semi-annual sealing is recommended to help prevent staining and etching.
